QC Catering absolutely knocked it out of the park for our wedding! The food was genuinely one of the most talked-about parts of the entire day. Our guests could not stop raving about it, and we had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had.

The short ribs and chicken were incredible, and the potatoes and Brussels sprouts were huge hits as well. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for when choosing our wedding menu.

It means so much to us knowing our guests enjoyed dinner that much. If you’re considering QC Catering for your wedding, BOOK THEM. We truly could not have been happier with the food!

We absolutely loved working with QC Catering! As wedding planners, we know that the true test of an incredible vendor team is how they handle the unexpected—and QC exceeded our expectations.

Despite a major downpour and a last-minute transition to our rain plan, their team never missed a beat. They were professional, attentive, flexible, and completely on top of every detail throughout the evening. The pivot was handled seamlessly, and their team worked incredibly well alongside ours to make sure the couple and their guests never felt the stress happening behind the scenes.

It’s always a pleasure working with QC Catering. They are reliable, collaborative, and wonderful to work with from a planner’s perspective. We would happily recommend QC to our couples and look forward to working together again

WEDDING CATERING FAQs

How much does wedding catering cost?

On average, we start at an inclusive price of $80 per person for a wedding of 100 guests. Your final price depends on your guest count, menu selections, and service style, so every proposal is custom.

How do I get started?

Start with our wedding inquiry form, or email hello@qccatering.com or call 704-305-7778 (M–F, 8AM–5PM). We'll set up a call with one of our wedding specialists to talk through your vision and menu preferences, then send a custom proposal and schedule a follow-up call to answer your questions.

How do I secure my wedding date?

All that's needed is a signature on our contract and a $1,500 deposit. Once your date is secured, we schedule your Chef's Tasting.

When are payments due?

Your $1,500 deposit secures your date. At 120 days out, we check in to confirm some wedding details, and 50% of your balance is due. At 30 days out, your final headcount, menu selections, timeline, event logistics, and final balance are due.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes. After you sign your contract and pay your deposit, we schedule your Chef's Tasting at our Headquarters. It's one of our favorite parts.

What if I'm not sure about my menu yet?

Don't worry. We can change your proposal as many times as you'd like, based on your guest count, preferences, and trends.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Our chefs are here to help with any dietary restrictions or preferences, like gluten free, vegan, and nut free. Let your wedding specialist or sales executive know, and we'll build options into your menu.

What's included in your services?

Everything included in our services: buffet tables, black linens for QC tables, black napkins, china, flatware, glassware, serving equipment and utensils, and custom menu signage. Your sales executive can also tell you about additional enhancements.

What service styles and menu options do you offer?

We offer full service, limited service, and drop-off catering. Menus can include hors d'oeuvres, a plated dinner or dinner buffet, chef-attended stations, and late-night snacks, all customized to you.

Can you help us pick a venue?

Yes. Our Venue Finder is a great place to start exploring venues. If you're still deciding, mention it on your discovery call and your wedding specialist can help you think through what will work for your guest count and menu.
